Rene Bien is a dog trainer located in the San Francisco Bay Area and the author of "The Dog Always Tells the Truth". She helps owners build the behavior that makes a dog a genuine pleasure to live with.

We spend a lot of money on a board and train and were initially pleased with the results. He had done a very good job teaching commands but her bad behavior was still a problem such as food grabbing, dog reactivity and anxiety. Rene worked on these problems and suggested innovative ways to meet my dogs physical and mental needs. She's very reliable and totally got my dog.

Rene helped our anxious rescue learn to settle within weeks. I started calling her "dog whisperer" because she had an uncanny ability to connect with my labradoodle. Her calm, consistent approach really worked. We definitely were not interested in harsh methods, e-collars, etc. My husband and I are very happy. We are finally able to enjoy walks again.
